5 yearsThe KT team
The KT team consists of internationally experienced senior executives, specialists in building technology, building physics, Architects, interior designers, HVAC engineers. The team members have specialized industrial know-how and dispose of a global network of building technology experts. The unique combination of the KT’s team adds outstanding value to the design process by a joint optimization from the very beginning.
, has a rich experience in industrial research and development as well as management in construction industry.
, has successfully started the first building optimization project in China and in the mean time realized many more projects.

- In April 1997 visit to UK the University of Bath to take part in "The International Building Envelope Conference". Visit of several universities in the UK.
- In 1999 move to ETH, and learning building technology, and understanding real design strategy and know-how. Later take the task together with Prof. Keller for AGS-Switzerland "Healthy and comfortable buildings with low energy in China".
- In 2001 April she went back to China and started the first building optimization work with KT system (Keller healthy building system): Rainbow and Tiptop buildings. She acted as project manager, selected the materials and supervised the construction quality. In 2003 March, the first building started operation and proved for everybody the healthy and comfortable climate combined with a very low energy need.
