Swiss ex-president visiting KT's healthy comfortable and low energy costs building--MOMA
|
On July 14th 2005, the Swiss Minister of Economy, Dr. Joseph Deiss (Former President of Switzerland) has visited our project "MOMA" in Beijing together with a business delegation of Switzerland of about 30 people. They have been very impressed by the successful example of Swiss Technology being realized for sustainable buildings in China.

Danmark Architecture graduate student group visiting KT's Low Energy Project--MOMA

On June 6th 2005 a group of about 30 Danish graduated students of architecture have visited the project "MOMA" in Beijing to learn how advanced European Technology is used for sustainable buildings in China.

KT's Project--MOMA Enters the final HVAC system debugging Phase
|
The project "MOMA" in Beijing, about 60'000m² floor area with two towers of each 26 floors enters the last phase of construction, where the systems are being balanced and set into operation.

Keller Technologies AG. Switzerland is an outgrowth of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich. Research projects on building technology and building physics led by Professor Dr. Bruno Keller have successfully solved technical problems for comfortable buildings with low energy consumption around the world. KT is a special building technology company for healthy, comfort buildings with low energy needs and low energy costs.

In the early 80s, a Swiss company,
Geilinger Ltd.. decided to use the energy crisis of the 70s as an opportunity
to develop new building products to lower the energy costs. As a result, a new
window and facade technology was developed, with a revolutionary U-value at that
time for the glazing of U= 0.6 W/m2K and to avoid heat bridges. Professor Dr.
Bruno Keller was involved in this development and took over the management responsibility
for its implementation and marketing. The whole concept relies on an extremely
good building shell combined with adapted HVAC systems. Professor Dr. Bruno Keller
applied for a patent and registered it in August 1984. Number of the patent of
invention: EP 0177657 A1
